To begin with, Taylor and Aron "got me". Through a series of Zoom calls, over several sessions, I told them what I wanted and they asked a lot of questions. Thing is that it is hard to define what something should look like in order to get the outcome that is needed. That was my struggle anyway. What ended up happening though is that as I explained what I was looking for, Taylor was asking clarifying questions. I answered more, and she clarified more. After a few sessions, she had what she needed and put together an outstanding website for me. One that is compelling, informative, and matches me and presents me to my ideal clients.

I had a company put together a simple website for me before, and I thought I was explaining things perfectly. The problem is that they were listening to me but not offering advice and guidance. The end result was exactly what I asked for...and completely missed the mark. You don't want someone that is good in the website design business to do exactly what you want. You want someone who can, after some dialogue, figure out what you need and provide it to you. That's what Taylor did, and the difference between my first website and Taylor's is a night and day difference.
